Terms of service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The service

The Pokemon TCG League Discord Bot is provided free of charge, as is, without any warranty. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but event times, results and roles may be wrong or delayed. Always check official Play! Pokémon sources for event details.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload tournament files for events you organised or are authorised to manage.
• Make sure your community knows how the bot shows player names on your server.
• Don't use the bot to harass people, to collect data for other purposes, or to overload the service.

Availability

We may change, limit or stop the service, or remove access for servers that misuse it. Event syncing relies on a public website we don't control and may stop working without notice.

Not affiliated

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Play! Pokémon or Discord.

Privacy

See the privacy policy for what we store and why.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the service.
